Bridging the gap
You will begin by creating a project charter. In project management, a project charter, or project statement is a statement of the scope, objectives, and participants in a project. It helps you determine the project value, i.e. whether it's worthwhile to carry out or propose the project. It also allows you to give clear guidelines to your team. The next step is to define the activities. It is the process of identifying and documenting the specific actions to be performed to produce the project deliverables. You will have to list the activities and sequence them using Precedence Diagramming Method (PDM). Post that, you will have to estimate the duration of the activities using the PERT model.
